Context:\nAfter the first issue set exists, review for missing constraints, duplicate work, and ordering. This issue tracks the refinement pass.\n\nRequirements:\n- Reorder issues into MVP, v0.2, and later.\n- Add labels or milestones if useful.\n- Split oversized issues after architecture is chosen.\n- Convert assumptions into verified facts where possible.\n- Decide whether to import any logic from comfy-model-web or only port behavior.\n\nAcceptance criteria:\n- Backlog has a clear MVP path.\n- Top 3 implementation issues are obvious.\n- Remaining unknowns are captured explicitly.
